Do I need an app?
No. Start with an editable website or an internal workspace. Choose Client platform when clients need to log in and communicate with you. A native store app is an optional extra.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Tell us what you want to keep. An app-only setup or editing an externally built site needs a separate scope, so you will receive a quote instead of being charged for something you do not need.
Will you connect all my WhatsApp and Instagram messages?
The standard client platform provides its own direct messaging. Importing or connecting external messaging channels requires a separate integration quote.
Can my clients pay me inside the app?
You keep your existing payment arrangements. An optional invoice module can create invoices and track payment status manually. We do not set up payment processing for your clients.
What happens after my final installment?
Your fixed build installments end. Hosting continues as a separate service from launch, along with any Care plan you activate. We show the full build amount and every installment before checkout.
Is maintenance included in hosting?
Hosting keeps the system running within your selected capacity. Care adds ongoing support and improvements. Explore Silver, Gold and Platinum on our service page; your choice here is a preference until activation.
