Packages and pricing

Website: €990 one-time build, plus €29 per month hosting from launch. Your own editable website, visitor insights and intake dashboard.

Coach workspace: €2,490 one-time build, plus €49 per month hosting from launch. Your website plus private client records, tasks, notes and resources.

Client platform: €4,490 one-time build, plus €79 per month hosting from launch. Your website, coach workspace and a branded client web app.

Website includes up to 5 editable pages, visitor insights, intake dashboard and 2 manager accounts. Coach workspace adds client records, tasks, private notes, resources, programs and check-ins, with 5 staff and 100 client records. Client platform includes the workspace plus client login, one-to-one messaging, goals and shared resources, with 5 staff and 100 active clients.

Payments, hosting and Care

Pay the fixed build amount once or in 3, 6 or 12 installments. Same total build price, no interest. Installments end after the selected count. Hosting is separate and starts at launch; capacity upgrades can change its price. A final quote shows all selected extras and installments before checkout.

Care is optional and separate from hosting: Silver €195/month, Gold €395/month, Platinum €995/month. Selecting Care in the questionnaire records a preference; it is activated separately.

Common questions

Do I need a store app?

No. Client platform includes a client web app. Optional iOS and Android store apps cost €1,490 extra together. Store accounts and fees are separate. Submission support is included; Apple and Google decide approval. We cannot guarantee acceptance.

Can my clients pay me through the app?

You keep your own payment arrangements. We do not set up Stripe or another payment gateway for your coaching clients. The optional invoice module costs €295 and supports invoice creation/export and manual payment status tracking.

Will my WhatsApp and Instagram messages appear here?

The standard client platform has its own messaging. Importing or connecting external channels needs a separate integration quote.

What if I already have a website or need a special integration?

Tell us what you want to keep. App-only builds, edits to externally built sites and custom integrations require scope review and a separate quote.

Can you make my branding?

Yes. A logo costs €195; a brandbook including a logo costs €495. You can also upload your existing logo and colors.

What happens after the questionnaire?

Your answers, selected scope and uploaded branding form the build brief. Ainomiq reviews the order and builds the selected system. Two feedback rounds and guided handover are included, plus a 30-day defect reporting window. AI does not automatically start a customer build after payment. Delivery dates are agreed after scope review; there is no universal delivery-time promise.

Is the demo a real client account?

No. Forma is an interactive fictional example. It illustrates coach and client workflows; it is not a real customer case, live messaging service or promise that every demo feature is included in the Website package.

What if an AI assistant cannot answer my question?

It should say what needs confirmation and help request a human follow-up. Nomi can collect your email and question with your consent. A call transfer depends on team availability and verified routing; otherwise the receptionist can take a message. A transfer or follow-up request is only confirmed after the corresponding action succeeds. No guaranteed response deadline is implied.
