What people ask before they start
Do I need technical knowledge to edit my website?
No. You click on the text, photo or section you want to change and edit it on the page itself. We walk you and your team through the editor at handover.
What can I change myself, and what do you do?
You change content: text, photos, pages and posts. Design, layout, integrations and automations are set up by us, so the site keeps working the way it was built. New sections or systems are added by our team.
Can I break my website by editing it?
Changes stay a draft until you publish them, and content editors cannot change the design or technical setup. That keeps the live site safe while you work.
Which automations can you add?
Common examples are forms that feed your CRM, booking and intake flows, confirmation and follow-up emails, an AI assistant that answers visitor questions, and data from your own systems such as stock, prices or vacancies. We scope them around your process.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your site is published as standard HTML and CSS, so there is no lock-in. If you ever want to move, you take your website with you.
What does a Smart Site cost?
Start is a one-time build of EUR 1,495 plus EUR 29 per month, Business is EUR 2,950 plus EUR 49 per month, and Pro starts at EUR 4,950 plus EUR 79 per month, all excluding VAT. The monthly fee covers hosting, the editor, backups and updates. You see your complete price while you configure your site, and you can pay the build at once or in 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments.
What happens after I order?
You see your order confirmation straight away and we contact you within one business day to plan the kick-off call. We confirm your pages, content, branding and domain access, then design and build your site with two review rounds before launch.
